These terms apply to every purchase from Ava Vae, a trading name of Ilsetanis.nl (a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce / KVK 86385496). We sell worldwide, and these terms apply to every customer wherever you are located. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email us at hello@avavae.com.

Every Ava Vae product is a digital template delivered electronically. You receive a PDF containing a personal Canva template link. Nothing is shipped physically. The templates are built for the free version of Canva; you do not need Canva Pro.

Your download is delivered by email the moment your payment completes, and the link on your order page stays available afterwards. If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us and we will resend it.

Prices are shown on each product page. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

When you buy a template you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal and business purposes. You may:

• Edit the template freely — colours, text, photos, logo and layout.
• Use the finished designs to promote your own products and services.

You may not:

• Resell, share, sublicense or give away the template itself, edited or not.
• Distribute the template as your own product or as part of a template set, bundle or course.
• Claim the original template design as your own creation.

The templates and all design elements within them remain the intellectual property of Ava Vae. The licence above does not transfer ownership. Ava Vae is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details, including what happens if something is wrong with your file.

Our products are provided “as is”. We do our best to describe every template accurately, but we cannot guarantee a specific commercial result from using them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms and every purchase are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, regardless of where you live or from where you place your order, and any disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply to you in your country of residence where those cannot be excluded by contract.
