Day Spa Instagram Story Templates

Your treatment room feels calm the moment a client walks in. Your Instagram should feel the same. These day spa Instagram Story templates for Canva come in deep espresso and soft butter cream: 60 warm, quiet stories for spa owners, wellness rooms and self care studios that book out through word of mouth and deserve a page to match. The result: a rich, relaxing story feed that makes someone mid-scroll actually feel the exhale, and book the table. WHAT YOU GET • 60 fully editable Instagram Story templates, designed as one cohesive collection (not a random content dump) • Sized 1080 × 1920 px for Instagram Stories (also perfect for reel covers and story highlights) • Story slides for every moment that actually books clients: • Welcome and about-you stories • Price list and service menu • Booking and appointment reminders • Client testimonials and reviews • FAQ, policies and pre-appointment info • Tips, education and did-you-know slides • Engagement stories (this-or-that, questions, polls) • Quiet, editorial quote and brand-story slides • Color palette + free Canva font pairing, so everything you add matches MADE FOR YOU IF You run a day spa, wellness room, sauna or self care studio and you are brilliant at making people feel better, not at designing content. Slides cover your treatment menu and prices, booking and rebooking reminders, gift vouchers, pre- and post-treatment tips, quiet-hours and availability updates, self-care tips, client reviews and FAQ stories. NO CANVA PRO NEEDED Everything is 100% editable in the free version of Canva, every text, color, photo and layout. No Pro subscription, no design skills. Swap the colors, drop in your photos, type your prices and post, on your phone or desktop. HOW IT WORKS This is a digital download, so nothing ships. After purchase you receive a PDF with your Canva template link, by email and on the order confirmation page. Open it in a browser and the templates copy straight into your own Canva account, ready to edit. GOOD TO KNOW Photos shown are styling mockups. Every slide is fully editable so you can make it your own. All fonts and elements used are free in Canva. For personal and single-business use. Because this is a digital product there are no refunds. Message me with any question before you buy and I’m happy to help. One quiet tip: put the gift voucher story on repeat from November through February. Vouchers are the easiest extra revenue a spa has, and almost nobody promotes them consistently. Have a question before you buy? Send me a message, I’m happy to help. Ava, founder of Ava Vae
